NEED TO CANCEL?
If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total appointment cost in order to book another appointment.

If you cancel the day of or fail to show up for an appointment, you will be responsible for the full amount of the missed appointment in order to book another.

If payment is not received within 48 hours of the cancelled or missed appointment all future appointments will be cancelled.

LATE ARRIVALS
I understand that due to our busy schedules, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please text and let me know. I will return the same courtesy if I am running behind with another client. If you are more than 10 minutes late for a haircut or 15 minutes late for color, I may not be able to complete the full service you booked.
